Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Participates in Munich Security Conference

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani participated Friday in the opening of the 56th Munich Security Conference which saw a wide participation of high-level international decision makers.

The three-day conference discusses current international challenges, future security policy challenges, and other important regional and international issues.

On the sidelines of the conference, HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met separately with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Francois-Philippe Champagne, HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov, and a number of officials and heads of companies and institutions.

The meetings reviewed cooperation relations, in addition to issues of common concern.
