Qatar Welcomes Greater Attention Security Council, United Nations Paid to Strengthen Sustainable Peace
The State of Qatar welcomed the greater attention the Security Council and the United Nations in general have paid to strengthen the foundations of sustainable peace, expressing its belief that the most effective way to prevent such differences in the long term is to spread a culture of peace and tolerance among members of societies and to promote quality education for all.

The State of Qatar stressed that the difficult conditions and challenges that the world is going through today due to COVID-19 pandemic and its threat to undermine development gains made in the field of human rights highlight the need to strengthen international cooperation, and require continuous commitment to the principle of cooperation and joint assumption of responsibilities, especially by effective and rapid response to the needs and priorities of developing countries, in particular the least developed countries.
