HH The Emir Receives Message from Indian Prime Minister
Doha/ Information Office/ 05 September 2016/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a written message from Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, pertaining to relations between the two countries and means of boosting and developing them. HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani was handed the message as he met on Monday with Indian Minister of State for External Affairs, V.K. Singh, currently on a visit to Doha.
Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Meets Indian Official
Doha/ Information Office/ 05 September 2016/ Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met Monday with his Indian counterpart Vijay Kumar Singh. They discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them. They also discussed the scope for bilateral cooperation. A number of ranking officials at Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the meeting.
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Meets Japanese Counterpart
Doha/ Information Office/ 04 September 2016/The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, met here Sunday with Japan's State Minister for Foreign Affairs Kentaro Sonoura, who is currently visiting Qatar. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them and promoting prospects of cooperation, as well as matters of common concern. The meeting was attended by a number of officials at the Foreign Ministry.
