The State of Qatar expressed Thursday its condemnation of an armed attack that took place in Borno State in Northeast Nigeria, which left dozens killed and injured.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed, in a statement today, the State of Qatar's firm position of rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of the motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims, the government, and people of Nigeria, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
