The State of Qatar expressed its strong denunciation and condemnation of the armed attack on a village in northern Burkina Faso that resulted in deaths.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the victims' families and to the government and people of Burkina Faso.
