The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the attack on commercial building in Badghis province in Western Afghanistan, causing deaths and injuries of security officials.

In a statement Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of their motives and reasons.

The statement expressed condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of victims, and government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
