The State of Qatar expressed Thursday its strong condemnation and denunciation of the stabbing incident at the French Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which resulted in the injury of a security guard.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed, in a statement today, the State of Qatar's firm position of rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of the motives and reasons.

The Ministry expresses the wishes of the State of Qatar to the wounded for speedy recovery.
