The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the two explosions in Pakistan's southwestern province of Quetta, which left one dead and several people injured.

In a statement on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and causes.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of the victim and the government and people of Pakistan, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
