The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that occurred in Paktia province, southeast Afghanistan, which resulted in deaths and injuries.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the firm position of the State of Qatar on rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons.

The statement expressed condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
