The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the shooting attack on a church in the city of Pelham in the northeastern United States of America, which resulted in two injuries.

In a statement on Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons. It stressed the State of Qatar's total rejection of targeting the places of worship and intimidating the safe civilians.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's wishes of a speedy recovery for the wounded.
