The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted a school in southwestern Cameroon, which led to the killing and wounding of a number of children.

In a statement on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence, terrorism and criminal acts, regardless of motives and causes.

The statement expressed Qatar's condolences to the families of victims and to the government and people of Cameroon, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery
