The State of Qatar voiced strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion that targeted the car of the deputy governor of the Afghan capital, Kabul, which resulted in his death and one of his companions, and injured two others.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the firm position of the State of Qatar on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the two victims and the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
