The State of Qatar expressed its strong denunciation and condemnation of the explosion that took place in the Afghan capital Kabul, which resulted in deaths and injuries.

In a statement Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism, whatever the motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims and to the Government and the people of Afghanistan, wishing the injuries a speed recovery.
