Minister of State for International Cooperation Stresses Qatar's Keenness to Address Regional, International Humanitarian Crises
HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater underlined the State of Qatar's permanent keenness to contribute to various efforts and forums related to addressing humanitarian crises and development issues at the regional and international levels, pointing out that the latest efforts were the State of Qatar's hosting of the 5th United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5) in March.

The State of Qatar expressed its satisfaction with the existing fruitful cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), especially in the areas of reviewing the infrastructure related to radiation safety and nuclear security, in a way that ensures the modernization and strengthening of its technical systems, which is in line with international safety standards, the advancement of national expertise, and the implementation of technical cooperation activities and projects in the State of Qatar.

HE Director of Policy and Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Fahad Al Khater met with HE the Minister of State at the German Federal Foreign Office Tobias Lindner and HE Head of the Planning Staff at the German Federal Foreign Office Michael Scharfschwerdt, each separately, on the sidelines of His Excellency's participation in the 20th edition of the Shangri-La Dialogue, which is organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies in the Republic of Singapore from June 3-4.
Pakistan Grants Qatari Passport Holders Visa on Arrival
An official source in the Consular Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Pakistani authorities have decided to grant Qatari passport (Ordinary, Special, Diplomatic) holders entry visas (tourist/ visit) on arrival at any border point, for a period of 30 days, extendable for an additional 30 days without any fees and prior requirements.
