HE President of the Republic of Panama Laurentino Cortizo granted HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Panama Saad bin Mubarak Al Nuaimi the "Order of Vasco Nunez De Balboa" of Grand degree, and a certificate of appreciation, in appreciation of his efforts and his role in strengthening relations between the two countries.

The Order of Vasco Nunez De Balboa is the highest honor granted by the Panamanian presidency to ministers and heads of friendly diplomatic missions.

HE Minister of Foreign Relations of Panama Erika Mouynes presented the Order to HE the Ambassador.
