The Embassy of Qatar in Russia organizes a sports event on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

The Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation, in cooperation with the Russian Football Federation, organized a sports event on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which falls on December 3 of each year. Many notable athletes of persons with disabilities participated in the event.
His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Russia, expressed his pride in organizing this event, wishing the participants success and prosperity. Furthermore, His Excellency emphasized Qatar's eagerness to participate in various activities, notably with Russian compatriots, and pointed to the role of sport in achieving communication between communities.
