The agreement was signed in the presence of HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani. HE Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi and Vice President of the Center Martin Indyk signed the agreement on the sidelines of the 17th Doha Forum.
