Qatar, Kyrgyzstan Sign Minutes of Document Exchange

The headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted the signing of the minutes of document exchange of completing the internal legal procedures for cultural cooperation agreement between the governments of Qatar and Kyrgyzstan.
The minutes of document exchange was signed on behalf of the government of the State of Qatar by HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Mohammed bin Arar Al Nuaimi and for the government of the Kyrgyz Republic by Deputy Foreign Minister Emil Kaikiev.
