Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Meets Gambia's Foreign Minister

Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi has met with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Gambia Hussein Dabo, on the sidelines of the 44th Session of the OIC Foreign Ministers, in Abidjan.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations ways of strengthening them as well as a number of issues of common concern.
HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs briefed HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Gambia on the latest developments of the siege imposed by some OIC member states on the State of Qatar.
He stressed that imposing unilateral measures against the State of Qatar is against the Charter of the United Nations and a flagrant violation of international law which resulted in humanitarian consequences and serious violations of human rights.
