HH the Emir Issues Decision to Appoint Qatari Ambassador to Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Wednesday Emiri Decision No. 16 of 2018, appointing Rashid Mohsin Abdullah Fetais as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
