HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued a directive to allocate $5 million in aid of those affected by the floods that recently hit Kerala in the friendly Republic of India, to help provide shelter to those who lost their homes as a result of the humanitarian Crisis.
