HH the Amir Receives Written Message from President of Rwanda

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has received a written message from HE President of Rwanda Paul Kagame, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of enhancing them.
The message was received by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, during a meeting on Monday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Rwanda Richard Sezibera, who is on a visit to Qatar.
