The State of Qatar and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the two countries in the field of youth.

The MoU was signed for the Qatari side by HE Qatars Ambassador to Vietnam Mohammed Ismail Al Emadi, and for the Vietnamese side by HE Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Tran Anh Tuan.
