HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met on Thursday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, who is currently visiting the country.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, and the latest developments in the region, especially in Syria.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed Qatar's aspiration to participate in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum to be held next June.
