HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HE President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to enhance and develop them.

The message was handed over by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the French Republic Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani, during his meeting with HE French President's advisor for North Africa and the Middle East Patrick Durrell.
