Asmara/ 14 August 2014/ Eritrean Minister of Energy and Mines Sebhat Ephrem met Thursday with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Asmara Mohammed bin Issa Al Manai During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing and developing them.
