Doha/Information Office/ 25 November 2015/ HE the Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdurrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani on Wednesday met with United Nations envoy to Libya Martin Kobler, on the occasion of his visit to Qatar. The meeting discussed the latest developments in Libya, particularly the reconciliation agreement between Tuareg and Tebu tribes, which was recently signed under the auspices of Qatar.
