Doha /Information Office/28 November 2015/ HE the Foreign Minister, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah, met here Saturday with visiting Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Council (Senate) at the Federal Republic of Russia, Ilyas Umakhanov, and the accompanying delegation. Talks during the meeting dealt with relations of cooperation between the two countries in addition a number of issues of mutual interest.
