Niamey /Information Office/ 12 December 2015/ President Mahamadou Issoufou of the Republic of Niger has the credentials of HE Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Sahlawi as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Niger. HE ambassador Al-Sahlawi conveyed the greetings and best wishes of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the President of Niger of good health and happiness, and the people of the Niger progress and prosperity. For his part, President Issoufou asked HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Emir and his wishes to the Qatari people further prosperity and progress. He expressing his pleasure and satisfaction over the relations between the two countries, and wished the Ambassador success in his duties.
