Bangkok/Information Office/ 15 February 2016/ The Embassy of Qatar in Thailand held today a Quran memorization competition as part of the world's largest Halal Food Festival activities. HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari praised efforts of organizers of this contest, which aims to motivate and encourage young Muslims to memorize and recite the holy Quran and study Hadith. HE the Ambassador has distributed cash and in-kind prizes to the winners of a Quran memorization and recitation competition.
