Bogota/ Information Office/ 09 September 2016/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani has sent a written message to President of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos, dealing with bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them. The message was handed over by HE Qatar's Ambassador to Colombia Batal Mojab Al Dosari, during a meeting with the President of the Republic of Colombia here today.
