Vilnius/Information Office/ 04 December 2016/ President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite has received the credentials of HE Ahmed bin Saif Saif Khalaf Al Moudadi as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Lithuania.
Ambassador Al Moudadi conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the President of Lithuania and his best wishes for her of good health and happiness, and to the Government and people of Lithuania further progress and prosperity.
For her part, Lithuanian President conveyed her greetings to HH the Emir of Qatar and her wishes to the Qatari people for further prosperity and progress.
President of Lithuania also wished HE Qatar's Ambassador success in his new duties and to work to support and strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation between Qatar and Lithuania.
