Doha/ Information Office/ 05  December 2016/  The Third meeting for the Strategic Dialogue between the State of Qatar and the UK was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs's headquarters on Monday in a follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two countries in October 2014.

 The meeting was chaired on the Qatari side by HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi and on the the British side by Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa Tobias Ellwood.

Talks during the meeting dealt with main aspects of the partnership between the two sides in various fields, notably Qatari investments and economic opportunities in the United Kingdom.  They also reviewed the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.
