HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi delivered a lecture entitled "Qatar's Foreign Policy and its Vision Towards Latin America and the Gulf Crisis" during HE's official visit to Paraguay.

The lecture was attended by HE Deputy Foreign Minister of Paraguay Federico Franco Gonzalez , HE Director of the Diplomatic and Consular Academy of Paraguay Juan Andres Cardozo and a number of directors and officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and students of the Academy in Paraguay.
