HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the Republic of Costa Rica to Qatar Luis Alberto Guillen Downing, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.

HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs extended thanks to HE the Ambassador of Costa Rica for his efforts in promoting the bilateral relations, wishing him success in future duties.
