HE Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Jorge Arreaza has received a copy of the credentials of HE Rashid Mohsin Abdullah Fetais as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The Foreign Minister wished HE the Ambassador success in his duty and bilateral relations further development.
