HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met today with HE US Special Envoy to Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad, who is visiting the country.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways of achieving peace and stability in Afghanistan and Qatar's positive role in the peace process in Afghanistan.
