A round of political consultations was held today between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi chaired Qatar's delegation to the political consultations, while the Uzbek side was headed by HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dilshod Akhatov.

During the political consultations, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and means of supporting and consolidating them in various fields, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
