HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Panama Saad bin Mubarak Al Nuaimi along with HE Minister of Education of Panama Rircardo Pinzon participated in a ceremony to change the name of the General Basic Education Center "to" The General Basic Bilingual Education Center the State of Qatar ".

HE the Minister of Education of Panama said that the change of the name of the educational center is to honour the State of Qatar, and in order to consolidate the bonds of friendship and expand, push and enhance cooperation in the educational and scientific fields between the two countries.
