HE Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah Al Khater met here today with HE African Union (AU) Social Affairs Commissioner Amira Al Fadil.

The meeting discussed the partnership between the State of Qatar and the AU on a number of social development projects in addition to ideas to scale up this partnership.

HE Al Khater also conveyed Qatar's commitment to work with the African Union, which, she said, has proven to be a successful model in the multilateral arena, noting the role it has played to establish peace in the Republic of the Sudan.
