HE Non-Resident Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of San Marino Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki, participated in the inauguration ceremony of HE Alessandro Cardelli and HE Mirko Dolcini, as the two Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino.
