Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sends Message to Kuwaiti Counterpart
HE Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al-Sabah received a message from HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, inviting His Excellency to attend the 16th ministerial meeting for dialogue of Asian cooperation, which will be held in Doha from April 30 to May 2.
HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Tilak Marapana met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Sri Lanka Rashid bin Shafea Al Marri.
Albania Exempts Qatari Citizens from Entry Visa
An official from the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Albanian authorities decided to exempt citizens of the State of Qatar, who intend to travel to the Republic of Albania, from obtaining a visa starting from April 1, 2019. The decision is valid until October 31, 2019.

HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva Ambassador Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri stressed that the State of Qatar values its strategic partnership with the United Nations and has always worked towards achieving its objectives, including maintaining the international peace and security, supporting international development efforts, promoting and protecting human rights, providing humanitarian relief, and participating in collective efforts and initiatives to address current and emerging challenges facing the world.
Foreign Ministry's Secretary General Holds Farewell Ceremony for Sri Lankan Ambassador
HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi on Sunday held a farewell ceremony at the Diplomatic Club in honor of HE Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the State of Qatar Don Prince Solomon Anura Liyanage, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the State of Qatar.
